      Pros

      Don't have any pros working for Pune office . But can definitely say that the offices abroad look like lot more fun and innovative than India.

      Cons

      People in e-learning localization are cons. Management only promotes people who are good to them even if they lack knowledge. The people who have knowledge are left behind because they cannot be someone's pet. Employees not compensated properly.

      Meeting a few great people who like to work hard and are passionate in what they do.

      Cons

      On most occasions you will not have time to take a full lunch break. Under the UK law, you are permitted to have at least a 20 min break, away from the desk if you work 6hrs+ You will constantly be assigned to a large volume of projects, even though you do not have the capacity to handle these. As a result poor translations are delivered to the client. Where the blame will be focussed on you. Workoad is unfairly distributed, this is favouritism plays its part. A few colleagues will spend most of the day on their phones whilst you are in a stressful situation. No one has respect for the CEOs who are constantly in a battle, search this up! Do not make the mistake I did, reject this vile company and look somewhere else where you will be respected and valued.
