If you're a high performer, you will be given a lot of responsibility very quickly. You will need to learn on your own, but if you're up to the task, you will be exposed to a lot very quickly. Your resume, comparative to time spent at another company (especially if you're entry level), will look great after you leave here. I also learned a tremulous amount from my immediate managers / seniors.

Cons

Horrible initial compensation and pay / raise structure. You are never compensated for your growth; despite any promotions you may receive, they raise you at 3-5% (anything larger needs sign off from senior management or the CEO!). Erratic leadership, poor and disorganized employee onboarding process, and a bad (but yet expected) work - life balance. Wouldn't be so bad if you felt validated / compensated for your work. The company is unabashedly sales focused; being part of any other team makes you feel like you're working in their basement.

The company is not flexible in scheduling enough to accommodate students and housewives. They do not care if the employees have to leave because they cant work around the current shift schedule, so there is a high turnover in this company, at lease for the past 8 months when I am in this company.
