      Don't work here - Account Executive (Asia)

      Pros

      Good if you are a fresh graduate student looking for sales experience

      Cons

      -lack of leadership -compensation plan is ridiculous -lack of team work - there is a ridiculous split system that you have to split your credit to people who does no work - no company culture - senior management, the founders... Google them and enough said. This ugly divorce is the white elephant.. Everyone knows but don't talk about it - HR is useless - very traditional company. It was only a few years ago that employees were allow to disclose they work at Transperfect - glassdoor is blocked for obvious reasons

      Pros

      I absolutely love Transperfect! The people are great, the management is understanding and so friendly, very easy to approach with any concern. The training material is fast paste, but for the most part, easily managed.

      Cons

      Depending on which building you work at, the only cons are the size of the restroom at Greentree loc and the size of the breakroom.

      Pros

      Good processes and continuous development of new strategies . Some managers are flexible and try to help you.

      Cons

      Long hours if you want to move up is almost a must. Atttention to detail, otherwise little mistake would fire back big. Daily routine gets monotonous and rarely you can switch.
