Good environment, people are nice. I allows you to disconnect for the day and not bring work home.

Cons

In the Costa Rican location it doesn't have many benefits, like private insurance or annual bonuses.

Attendance policy is terrible. 3 strikes and you are out and there is never any available time to request pto.
