What sets TPT apart is people. There is genuine camaraderie among the team members. It's not just about the work here, it's about fostering relationships that transcend the workplace. The atmosphere exudes positivity, encouragement, and a shared passion for what we do. Its a place where opportunities abound, and the sky is the limit.

Cons

The first couple of years can be challenging but they are the most important, those are the ones that matter the most and will set you up for success. Compensation model could be a con for some people as your base is lower and your bonus keeps growing. It's a meritocracy.
