      Pros

      With the pandemic, we were allowed to work from home. If you are desperate for experience, you can work here before switching to a better company.

      Cons

      Unsustainable work pace with constant pressure to meet a certain monthly quota. We are constantly overwhelmed with projects. Many of us work late to meet the expectations. Micromanaging is a large problem, and we often start the day with a full email inbox. Small benefits like the Ticket Restaurant card come out of our salary instead of being a true bonus.

      Good company to work in

      Pros

      Good salary and benefit package. Good working environment and communication with managers. Nice team building activities.

      Starting in remote position was a bit chaotic at first. But then it got better

      Worst company I’ve ever worked for

      Perhaps only the ticket restaurante

      Cons

      They only care about making more and more revenue while neglecting the employees rights. Very low salary, working overtime because of the workload and no time for your lunch break. They oblige a team of 10 to handle the work of 20 PMs. They also ask you to work on weekend without compensation. It’s inhuman. The work condition is insane. You are also required to work on most of the bank holidays and asking for a holiday is not very easy and takes ages for approval. You work with high stress levels and there is no respect whatsoever for your work and time. Not to mention for your health. You sometimes have to handle more than 15 projects in a day and if you make a mistake they really make you feel useless and down. No wonder people get depression in here. With time and expertise, they add you more tasks to do outside of your PMing tasks - and guess what? You’ll be paid the same exact amount as when you started.
