      Pros

      I made some good friendships and met people who helped me grow my professional network.

      Cons

      The hours are too long for such little pay. I was always overworked, required to work on multiple accounts, helping everyone. I was told multiple times by my colleagues that I was doing a lot of senior work than was anticipated for my junior role. It was also a pain to get my PTO plus take holidays off. I felt like my hour off work and weekends were never enough to rest and recharge to get back to work on Mondays.
