Pros

No stress, easy work. Comfortable conditions.

Cons

Low pay, like everywhere else. Competition probably pays more.

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Boring, repetitive work. Active time is tracked more closely than any company I have ever worked for, Makes it so you are worried to step away from your desk for more than 2 minutes at a time. Terrible pay, Minimum wage. I was told repeatedly that the project I was hired to work on was would last several months, the project was ended by management after 2 weeks and I was given 2 days notice that I was being let go. Zero support of any of their staff, terrible culture.

Pros

You get your salary monthly (last working day of the month) in your bank account. Unless this would be your first job experience (so you need it to gain some experience or due to bureaucracy issues), or you desperately need some income for a few months: AVOID this place, please.

Cons

Job conditions: lower salary and worse conditions compared to other companies in the same industry, discrimination (depending on the market you work for, your salary would be lower or higher), difficulties to grow in the company (unless you are or had the guts to become a psycho without empathy and no care for your colleagues lives), no benefits (no private health insurance, no ticket restaurant, no fee public transportation and no free childcare if you belong to TransPerfect Global Connect plus just 23 days of holidays per year instead of 24 days). All these discrimination issues and no interest in improving workers conditions create a very bad job atmosphere which made you feel completely neglected; you feel like a number, no room for professional improvement, no appreciation for the hard work which had originated mental health issues to a bunch of colleagues, Besides, a lot of legal irregularities: avoiding salary raise marked by the collective agreement using lies and excuses, temporary contracts that does not apply, lowering the salary to the new employees after the mandatory new collective agreement raise published in June 2023.
