Bad management from the start. They kick you out without a reason after the end of the contract (only 1 month). They don’t tell you why they didn’t renovate your contract and had been training you for a month for nothing. They don’t pay equal between languages and they have a n aggressive policy of confidentiality.

No work life balance 9 to 5 presencial schedule **low salary Local management is terrible, has no formation or talent to manage employees, and it reflects on everything they do and don’t do , especially two of them in particular , pressure and near mental harassment are part of the daily work culture, out of place comments … Would not recommend except in for very short-term , desperate times, and anyone wanting to keep mentally sane , far from persecutions from individuals who have no buisness in working in management to begin with ,and gossip.
