Pros

Good first exposure to sales and account management.

Cons

- Micromanagement by managers, no opportunity to take control over your work. - Lied on their job listing. Stated that this was salary + commission but had to make $100k in sales before seeing any commission. - Bare minimum training. Sink or swim is their policy and they will let you know as soon as you sign anything with them. - Terrible work culture, expected to commit your afternoons and weekends to the accounts you work on.

Flexible hours, quick start, comfortable work environment , supportive staff management

I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about this employer. If your willing to learn and work then you’ll enjoy working with transperfect connect.
