Pros

I'm lucky to have a good team and enjoy working with them.

Cons

Other departments tend to blame others for their mistakes or if something does not align well with what they need, eg: error in some program so it's the tech department's fault. This leads to an escalation and blame engineers; when the issue was a missconfiguration on the client side.
