Pros
It is difficult to say. It was a bad time to work there anyway because the crisis. Maybe the experience of working in a big company was positive. I learned a lot about educational building design.
Cons
The work environment was bad. The co-workers were very aggressive and they did not know how to work in groups. There was a big pressure for all of us. We had to stop an hour for lunch, when you could eat faster than that.
