Good company to start your career. Industry leading training, good career development. Technically challenging.

Cons

Being hired at a local affiliate does not guarantee exposure to international activities, nor global transfer. To reach an international mobility status within TOTAL group, a mixture of hard work, talent, opportunity and social skills have to be employed.
