Some managers will not micromanage. Decent benefits and it is very hard tiger fired. Which leaves incompetent people around too long.

Cons

Pay is below industry average. Management is not focused and Will make everything difficult. Back office support is TERRIBLE. Managers Messages communicated to staff not aligned with actions

Cons

Too much emphasis placed on policies that don't seem to work in Africa. Huge disparity in pay Reactive more than proactive when it comes to market dynamics

Pros

The benefits are good and the people are generally very intelligent. The work is challenging and the industry is interesting.

Cons

Silo management, completely top down. The oil prices make it a bad time to switch into the industry in my opinion. The new CEO has a strong personality and tends to force all decisions to his opinion. That has been a problem throughout his career and it may put the entire company at risk. Nobody is right all the time.
