      The troglodyte within a supposedly innovative sector!

      Pros

      It's an interesting sector and Total G&P have relatively large market share.

      Cons

      Archaic culture, the likes of which I've never encountered! Time stamping in/out, no internet access, no mobile phone use, desk top computers, outdated systems/tech, dreary offices. Ineffectual management - middle and senior management seem to have been in place for decades and seem to have done nothing to modernise their approach to the market. I'm not aware of any other business with such outdated operations and cultures!
