Good salary and great benefits. International career possibilities Opportunity to change function regularly. Very 'Human' company

Cons

Very french, does not feel international Salary depends very little on performance, trade unions are very strong and have uncoupled pay from performance, can be very frustrating for young (a lot of pay depends on how long you've been with the company), ambitious people.
