Good salary and benefits. The company declared one-time bonuses worldwide during covid and when oil prices skyrocketed.

Cons

MD will find ways to kick you out of the company if you do not fit into his future "big plans". Senior management action promotes junior staff insubordination to middle management. Excel well if you are French and a boot licker.
