Team can at times have a good culture. Many learning opportunities available.

Cons

Excessive micro management. Poorly executed strategy by top level management who cannot reflect on their own failures and so take it out on staff. Excessive work loads. Lots of fake deadlines communicated to the business. You are made to feel like the world is ending over minor pieces of work that arent that time sensitive.
