The job is fully remote and good salary.

Cons

You never know what is true or false, From one day to another, (even with good metrics), the lead/manager can tell you everything is great, and tells you that you are doing good job, and in the next month you get lay off. A complete unsecure company which (as per my humble career), you better never trust.
