      Pros

      Ever since I joined Toptal my life changed, if you ask me I'd never go back to an office, like ever again. I really recommend it to every person I come across in my life (related to software development in any shape and size) and it's very personally rewarding to see people are making a good living out of it and actually enjoying what they do in the process.

      None for me in the more the almost 5 years I've been working with Toptal.

      - 100% remote - line managers and individual contributors are usually pretty great to work with

      Cons

      - the CEO is chaotic and undisciplined, and executive leadership can't or won't rein him in - lack of commitment to any kind of strategy leads to constant upheavals, wasted work, and no progress - no job security
