      Pros

      Many good professionals; The payment is not bad; Good structure.

      Cons

      They hire a lot of people for a certain team and those people are generally new, only have months working there. Where are all the people who worked there before? They were cab be very cruel with terminations; It looks like like you don’t have many opportunities to grown. I say that for people who actually will work for Toptal, not the freelancers.
