      -Fair base pay -Talent network is high-quality -good work/life balance

      -lack of support model (you're on an island) -management's lack of understanding of the current market and what it will take to be successful -constant revolving door at all levels with heavy scrutiny on data and metrics vs identifying what can make people successful

      Many strong leaders, very likable teammates, excellent business model and talent network second to none.

      Cons

      You never know when your turn at the chopping block will come. I've seen amazing talented leaders quit because of the chaos and lack of long term strategy coming from the highest executives.

      Management is toxic. Truly a culture of fear where everyone is afraid of being fired for no reason. The company is unknown which makes finding a new job difficult.
