      - Remote work provides a solid opportunity for a better work-life balance. - Adequate salary for the responsibilities.

      - Ego-driven culture, though there are some exceptions. - Vague design initiatives with no clear measures of success. - Feedback often lacks clarity and actionable points. - Strict NDAs prevent you from showcasing your work, hindering career growth.

      Pros

      Good pay, but money is not everything in life. Take care of your mental Health!

      Cons

      Such an akward environment specially from director level until CEO. Culture can be very toxic and strategy changes all the time with lack of direction. I dont recommend joining as people have been going through several rounds of suddent (an big) layoffs and soooo poorly handled. Raises frozen for ages now, benefits cut. No transparency at all across the org.
