      Pros

      I've been working with Toptal for a number of years and the culture there is just fantastic. Additionally, I get to work with super smart people which is *key* for me to achieve the personal and professional growth I want to achieve. I see myself here for a very long time!

      As a developer, Toptal changed my life. I got the opportunity to work for amazing clients from all over the world and be very well compensated. I joined the core team recently, and things keep getting better. I am excited to be a part of this company!
