      - Mature development processes - Diverse tech stack that makes sense - Best processes for Remote work I've ever seen - A lot of truly amazing engineers work there

      ....far away Remote work and actually a few cool teammates managing to survive at the company.

      Cons

      ....like really. Ridiculous place. It's the Upside Down of work environments. Incompetent people thrive and are promoted, high-performing/capable people eventually leave or are pushed out.
