Pay was decent for the role expectations XFN teams were great but you have limited interaction with them
Cons
Reorg every quarter so just don't get attached to work or project in any facet. Much of the numbers reported don't add up and are made to look better than they are for +1's etc All regions working toward a similar revenue goal are using different strategies which mgmt treats as A/B testing then they just prioritize what worked in another region
