      lots of opportunity due to broad and fast moving product evolution. lots of demand to work with TikTok from prospective partners, brands and agencies. Challenging work culture that forces you to learn how to work with different people, cultures, markets and styles - but teaches you a lot

      Cons

      Work hours can be very busy, especially with other regions. High expectations, especially on the product side. Very OKR / KPI centric, which is not for everyone

      Cons

      Reorg constantly. New bosses bring chaos and poor management. Soon, you will become the scapegoat for an infertile land. ByteDance has become the House of Cards. The career opportunities you dream of are hard to find here. I haven't met a team that is satisfied with their work environment. People come and go within 4-6 months.
