      • It's a strong Chinese culture company, management culture is a significant issue , leadership can be dismissive and there is little psychological safety to speak up or push back • Work-life balance is poor; long hours are the norm and boundaries are rarely respected • The pace is exciting at first but becomes draining over time with limited support structures • Culture does not match the external brand image, internally it can feel high pressure with low empathy • Confidence and morale can take a hit depending on which team or manager you land with
