- Fast paced and very busy, but WLB can be earned if you have good productivity - Very top-down management, with limited room to be creativity - Almost no career/ salary growth oppurtunity

Very good benefits, office is in central location and has good tools internally that centralises a lot of admin work

Cons

Constant reorgs, happens at least twice a year and in all business units. Org is going lean and efficient. Performance management is a very rigourous process - the most rigourous in all industries, takes up at least 6 months of your work as a HRBP.
