Pros

The culture is the best. We work with very talented people. Also there's a very interesting network between the offices around the globe, which maintains the employees very engaged in technical and social impact discussions.

Cons

The only downside (which I'm still unsure if it's true) is the salary.

Pros

Nowhere I have ever worked before has managed to create the pleasurable mental challenge that you get every day at ThoughtWorks. Exposure to every business sector, amazing variety of Technology and a company full of intelligent and passionate Technologists. I tried life outside ThoughtWorks for a very short period and missed the stimulus daily.

Cons

You have got to understand that travel, variety of work and exposure to challenging customers is all part of the role. ThoughtWorks is a pioneer of change at all of our clients and the red carpet will not always be rolled out.

Pros

Awesome co-workers, awesome bootcamp at India.

Cons

Started later than my co-workers, missed pre-bootcamp intensive curse, been super stressed during the bootcamp (which actually seemed like a last step of the selection process). After all the visa process and leaving my country to move to the USA I got fired before actually start working, the cancelled my visa before telling me forcing me to leave the country in 3 days. VERY RUDE AND CRUEL. They didn't care about it. They made me sign some papers where I promised I would not sue them.
