Pros

Nice management. As compared to other service based companies this has minimal micro management. It has good pool of people who are old and chose to stay in the same company, that makes its overall culture quite innovative and adaptive.

Cons

Few clients are toxic. However thoughtworks is good

Pros

Despite all the changes is still a good place to work

Cons

After being acquired, going public, being taken private again, and going through numerous leadership changes, the company is now farther from Roy's vision than ever. It has moved from being a community of passionate people focused on technology to a more traditional consultancy. Now more than ever, revenue and margin are everything.
