Super supportive when you have to manage your personal life and your work. Decent salary upgrade Recently implanted WFH

Our company could change the "convenio colectivo" that we have of 40h a week and no "jornada intensiva" on summer to other "convenio colectivo" that other company of our same industry have where they work a bit less during the week, and/or they have "jornada intensiva" on summer
