Pros

Culture of transparency, excellence, solidarity, service Feel that the organisation takes care of me

Cons

Working from home changed our lives. For a role like mine where human touch is critical that was difficult. This is not a Thoughtworks cons actually.

Pros

Great culture and values. Everyone is approachable at "any" time, no matter your experience or role. You always feel heard and supported. Amazing working environment and people to learn from both technically and personally. Always up to date with new technologies and ways of working. Change of project every year or two

Cons

Salary is lower for the same role than in other companies although some other benefits are offered
