Thank you for leaving us such an in-depth review, you have mentioned a lot of positives, which we are super happy to read! We wholeheartedly agree that our passionate people are the driving force behind our unique culture. Their dedication and enthusiasm are what set us apart and make our organization truly exceptional. Ragarding salaries, these can vary wildly depending on role, experience, and market; we review salaries annually to keep pace with market rates. We also offer a generous benefits package. Thank you for your opinion. As you mentioned other benefits Thoughtworks should be considering as well, we will share your feedback within the organization. For candidates applying to ThoughtWorks, we encourage you to be honest and up front about your compensation expectations and ask about the benefits in your region! Best, María

Pros

The environment is amazing, you are an independent full stack dev that work in a team with amazing people and professionals. You make a lot of friends there, since day one you feel welcome and care by your teammates.

Cons

Since they went open to the market, the culture changed, mostly in the management side. The focus now is more in financials than in maintaining the culture that the company claim to have. The internal communities also changed since then, and only the people that organizes them, using some of their own time, is the one that keeps them alive.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We appreciate your advice to management and feedback; aiming at keeping all of our great people here is our number one priority. Most software companies are selling a product or a service, but the core of our business is passionate technologists like yourself. If you still have any questions and thoughts to share, the door is always open to talk about them. Best, María
