Pros

Great salary and benefits. Opportunity to experience corporate BS first hand. Made me a stronger person.

Cons

The leadership took really talented people and squashed all the creativity and spirit out of them by micromanaging and lack of empowerment. They treated people as interchangeable productivity resources rather than individuals. It made for mediocre project outcomes and low morale.

Pros

Decent pay, lots of perks like free food often, 15 minute breaks every 2 hours. Lunch breaks, bonuses every couple of months or so, generally nice managers, great people to work with!

Cons

If you dont know how to do everything in your department.. People will get mad at you. Even if you are in a different department just walking through and they need help with something and you dont know the answer, you will look pretty stupid. Its important to learn as much as possible and work with the customer to help solve their problems.
