Pros

Great company that treats their hourly with more respect than any other retail or big box company by offering full benefits, vacations, 401k, etc., as well as profit sharing bi-annually.

Cons

Not sure if this is a company or a manager criteria, but scheduling 7 to 10 days in a row and shifts that are only 8 hrs apart from ending one and beginning the other is very grueling and not efficient.

Pros

Dental and vision insurance, discount stock purchasing, overall great benefits and for part-time! Coworkers at my store are what make it so fun, great relationships

Cons

management is absolutely terrible, they want you to do a ton of work for really awful pay (better than min wage but still), and you only get to grow as a person if you kiss up to management

Pros

Coworkers and that's it.

Cons

Management that knew absolutely nothing. Pay is ridiculous for the amount of work. No real training. Learn on the spot.
