Pros
The workers that you work with are friendly. it can be a fun place to work if you really try hard and are on the good side of management. Hard work is sometimes recognized but it just depends on the management of that certain store.
Cons
The management does not communicate effectivelly and efficiently. Depending on the store hard work can go unrecongnized at times. Sometimes it feels as if you worked your butt off all day and didn't accomplish much, because the management just puts a lot of BS work on you sometimes.
