Great Place to work, Management has been kind enough to take care of Staff.

Cons

Finance Dept is the sacrificial Lamp. As decision makers believes in cost reduction and it starts from their department. we feel sad when others Dept Team growth is quick and happy due to their grade growth wherein finance dept is still in pipeline. Even if we reach, they call it as restructure not a promotion. we are in never ending Queue.
