- Hard work is recognized - A platform where there are growth opportunities - The environment is very diverse and I feel like we are a big family - TFG Wellness gym which is exclusively for employees. The company focuses on your physical wellbeing - TFG University again for employees where we have weekly motivational meetings, trainings on our outlook on life and how to be better leaders, etc
