Big company, well organized, well rewarded for good job.

Cons

The whole business is very sophisticated, organized and disguised with professionalism. The sales deck is run like a military camp and thus breeds the same ignorant, angry minions; motivated by greed, running around in a frenzied, paranoid state that they could lose their job any moment, fear based management style. Over promise and under deliver is their Motto.

Very very good school of selling. The lady who is responsible for the training is superb.

Cons

1- You are just a tool to complete the frame of hard selling. 2- real clients go to the old property consultants which are supported by the managers. 3- I thought it is an amazing company but i was shocked that all this corruption can be in one company. 4- you are not allowed to take any offs otherwise u will be fired. 5- They want you to be like a machine not a human being. 6- Very unhealthy atmosphere.
