Love the vibe in the showroom, people get along and time flies. Downfall is only one day off a week and work late is the norm ... flexibility from management, easy to get by if you do your job properly. Great commission structure, and salaries always paid on time.

Cons

Easy to terminate you, warnings if targets not reached, pressure.
