      Very stable and great work life balance. Manageable work loads and thorough training. Long/high tenure rates very steady and predictable work.

      Cons

      Slow growth hard to move up in the company. Low pay especially for employees that stay for 2+ years. old infrastructure. Horribly expensive healthcare
