      overload of case work and absent team lead made for a very stressful experience.

      they take the time to train all claim managers, benefits are nice, and there is a lot of flexibility in your work schedule

      Cons

      Your experiences will differ depending on what team your placed on. The work culture on the teams is completely different than what they preach during training. You should expect to ignore some of your training depending on how your team leads runs their team.
