      Pros

      Hard working community of brilliant engineers, designers, manufacturing, sales, etc. Decent PTO. Sense of commitment and passion is very high. The product is truly groundbreaking.

      Cons

      Very hard to get a promotion. Expectation is to work long hours and sacrifice large amounts of your personal life to achieve their goals. Work/life balance is very lopsided. Parking is a nightmare.
