      Long hours, but for those who enjoy the over time, it's a positive. Starting pay could be higher for permanent employees.

      Excellent benefits package. Stock/equity plan. Learn how to be a people leader not just a sales manager.

      Cons

      There are no noteworthy cons. Don't work here if you expect to work only 40 hours a week and think that you can do just the minimum and survive.
