High energy, fast paced culture with driven and hard working teammates who want to do the right thing. Flat organization -- everyone has the opportunity to and expected to make an impact.

Cons

Long hours and lesser benefits than other bay area tech firms, but the work/life balance is counter balanced by amazing teams and high energy.
