Decent wages. Easy to get hired.

Cons

Long hours, lack of communication with departments, new company so no real set produces in place. It seems expectations are constantly changing so it feels like you’re never performing good enough or you’re overstepping.

Free food, sorta. Close to home

Cons

They expect way too much. They’re also a very disorganized company. Management isn’t good at all. Some of the simplest things require a daunting process, such as getting a paystub. Too stressful of an environment in my personal opinion. Mentally draining to keep up with so many changes.
