Used to be fun to be part of a "mission". There a lot of EV start-ups and other large companies getting in the game now though

Culture full of back stabbing when times get tough. At Tesla, times get tough quite a lot.

Some schedules and no dress code

Cons

Change your job every other month, no communication, poor training, toxic work environment, everyone is miserable and hates being there, lay-offs are a normal thing so get use to it.
