      you get pretty great amounts of stocks if you make it for it to fully vest

      It is culturally one of the worst places to work and they don't care about their employees at all

      Pros

      Good benefits and stock options used to be a good incentive if you got in early enough (they give you very little now)

      Cons

      Started off in sales and ended up doing everything but sales. They gave you work in whatever department needs helps. You could be assisting the service team one day for example, and the next day your supper the operations team. Very unorganized and don’t appreciate their employees anymore. Very hard to progress, they would rather hire from within.
