Pros
It's an awesome "CV-filler" for next opportunities. Amazing office and amenities. Cool, sleek work environment. I work less compared to South Africa but still more than the German weekly work hours limit.
Cons
As soon as I completed 6 months of probationary period, I have started to look for other opportunities. I work over-time over the legal work limit. I also request my employees to do the same. Everyone works and is expected to work over the official German weekly work limit, therefore there are less Germans compared to the international people.
